A consultant and researcher of 15 years focused on human, user perspective. At intersection of tech and sensory experience of the physical world.

2019 - 2021 
Trainer at MIT Enterprise Forum CEE in Poland. Lecturer in MITEF CEE’s Executive MBA  program at the Business School of Warsaw University of Technology. In 2019 trainer at  MITEF CEE acceleration program, responsible for market-defining and user profiling  workshops for tech, science, pharma, industry 4.0 and finance sectors. 

2009 - 2020
Consultant with research and innovation agencies: Quality Watch (Poland), Direct  People Innovation (Czech Republic), Uselab (now Deloitte Digital Poland), Albatross CX (France), Nielsen. Serviced banking, telecommunications, healthcare, tourism, luxury  retail, fashion, new technologies and medical engineering. Focused on user experience perspective. Lead of Human Centred Design exploratory and creative phases, focused on  qualitative methods. 

2005 - 2009
Nielsen Cyprus, Cyprus – Senior Research Executive - coordination of international  quantitative and qualitative B2B and B2C research projects in the Middle East and North  Africa. Servicing key telecom providers in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Jordan and Ghana. 

2002 - 2004
Nielsen Poland, Warsaw – Research Executive – handling quantitative and qualitative projects for local telecommunication, FMCG clients and of multi-country studies.
