I am a certified executive coach and a member of the Management Team at CMS law firm in Poland. I supervise both Business Development & Marketing as well as Human Resources functions. I focus on the overall client experience with the Firm and shaping the organisational culture that supports the desired client experience. My key projects include: development and implementation of strategy, organisational culture change, executive recruitment, onboarding and development of partners and counsels, internal mentoring program.
