Design Thinking
Magdalena Macko has been involved in banking for 15 years. Effective manager specializing in transforming, managing change and designing services. He has been working for Bank Millennium since 2006, initially in the Marketing Department, managing credit products, and then in the Operations Department as head of retail operations. Since 2011, he has been the director of the Quality Department. Responsible for all activities aimed at ensuring a high level of customer experience both among individual and business customers. It directly reports to teams dealing with the design of customer service processes and models, customer voice surveys and complaint handling. A frequent speaker and trainer at conferences and workshops devoted to Customer Experience, Design Thinking and Service Design.
