Nina Kowalewska-Motlik

Professional Experience:

Graduate of the Warsaw University Japanese Department. She started her professional career in 1981 as a radio journist. In 1991 she launched Harlequin Books, the success of which was described in form of a case study by Harvard Business School. In 1995 she took on the role of CEO and General Manager of Young&Rubical Poland - until the end of 2000. 

She is an expert in branding and national marketing. She sits on the Programme Board of The Congress of Women and a mentor of Vital Voices. In 2001 she decided to fully devote her time to her own company, New Communications dealing with promotion of Poland in international media. Since 2014 she is also the owner of Sense Dubai perfumery. She created her own brand of Sense Dubai perfumes produced in Dubai. 

Privately a wife and mother of two wonderful daughters.
