Professional experience

Robert worked for nearly 9 years for Procter & Gamble - in Poland and in South Africa. Most of his experience with P&G comes from sales and marketing functions. In 2003 he joined Telekomunikacja Polska and managed sales in B2B channel. For over 10 years he has been involved in various educational and consulting projects. In 2006 he co-founded GM Solutions, a training and consulting firm which specializes in areas of selling, sales management and leadership.


Robert authored "Sprzedaż osobista i zarządzanie zespołem sprzedaży" - (Personal Selling and Sales Force Management, Helion, 2015) - a textbook for students of marketing written with attitude of a practitioner.

In 2009 he developed the Sales Force Management postgraduate study program and launched it as the program director with Koźmiński University. His company, GM Solutions, has been recognized by clients and independent institutions for creativity and passion in developing and delivering educational programs in areas of selling and sales management. For many years Robert was part of American Management Association (AMA) faculty, as well as member of Global Sales Science Institute (GSSI) and European Mentoring and Couching Council (EMCC)
