Professional experience

Ph.D. from Surrey University. Andrew is a Member of the Institute of Management Consultants (by examination) and a chartered management consultant.Honorary Member of the Institute of Polish Managers (by invitation). Visiting professor of Marketing
at the European University. Member of the Accreditation Panel for AMBA (by invitation). Has advised multinationals on marketing, sales and human resources throughout Central and Eastern Europe. Was a World Bank consultant in Central and Eastern Europe working with a $300 million fund (1992-1996). More recently is a consultant on commercialization of intellectual property.

Key Programmes

- Serial entrepreneur, started 12 successful businesses. The most successful grew to £5m within 2 years. Held national patents.
- Helped to set up the first and largest management consultancy in Central and Eastern Europe 1989 - 1993. 
- Taught at London Business School and Imperial College School of Management
- Helped to start MBA at Warsaw University of Technology Business School 
- Started DBA and Diploma in Management Consulting at Polska Akademia Nauk.
- Director of a fund in Poland’s Mass Privatisation Programme. The first central European government to restructure state owned enterprises using World Bank and EBRD funds. 
- Director Knowledge Management, ICL Poland . Training Polish Ministry officials prior to joining EU – regarded as an exemplary project. 
- Advised the Czech and Romanian governments on foreign investment.
- Consultant to multinationals companies on marketing. 
- Director of a Canadian fund manager investing into technology businesses in Central Europe.
- Project director with a leading multinational client, set up a factory in Katowice manufacturing electronic components
and employing 300 people.
