Felix Kremer (IMBA 2008/2009)

An MBA at WUT BS is a great investment for everybody with the desire to improve their managerial skills. The programs are designed to link relevant management theories with real life business problems and practical solutions.

Before I enrolled at WUT BS I earned a bachelors degree in International Business and gained practical experience as a financial controller at the Daimler AG headquarter in Germany. Honestly, I was a little bit sceptical to what degree I would benefit from an MBA. Today I am convinced it was the right decision and I would go it again.

The key aspect of an MBA at WUT BS is the close interaction between the students and the professors, which enabled me to challenge, discuss and understand business matters on a new level. Through group assignments, simulations and case studies all students are closely involved in the program, which causes a lot of work but has also been a lot of fun. Due to the diversity of the students and their backgrounds, class discussions often went far bound theories. To me the most valuable asset is the broad but interconnected scope of the MBA, which I will benefit from throughout my career. The practical insights in areas like strategy, operations management and human resource management have enlarged my horizon and improved my managerial skills.

In cooperation with Cass Business School London, WUT BS organized consulting projects for the IMBA class of 2009/10. For us students it was a great opportunity to work on interesting projects in Warsaw and to network with the MBA students from London.
