Personal Audit (incl. HILL_BEST Fit �) the tool which consists of two main parts: Management Test and Structured Personality InventoryThe Management Analysis measures management competence in various business and decision-making areas. Especially in the management area there are not many opportunities for comparison, evaluation or feedback for the individual.
The Structured Personality Inventory includes 12 personality scales. Each scale is divided into the person’s behavior in a specific situation and the mood of the person in this situation. At the same time, each scale divides into three areas, focusing on the different sorts of contact with people in the various situations.
